Returns
No returns will be accepted for any reason without written approval.

To request a return authorization please E-Mail us at sales@balloonbuilders.com and include your original order number.

No refunds will be given on shipping charges. Any product returned must be shipped back prepaid at the customer’s expense.

Any item that has been used, assembled or is not in the original carton cannot be returned.

All returns are subject to a restocking charge of 25%.
